Our client on this project plans to self manage the build of his home, however required plans and costings. They had seen the "Sra Khai 4 bedroom modern home" on our website home page and loved the style of it, however size and layout did not fit with their requirements. Having established a brief, I then designed a new home that was in line with their needs. This home has a large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a laundry, a study, a further guest bathroom and large open plan living area.
The design, engineering and costing of this home is now all complete. Our client does not have a definite timeline for construction as yet, but once they do begin, we will happily be on hand to help and give advice to help them through the construction process.
