The last time I blogged about this project, we had just completed the structural work. We have since completed construction and our client have been happily living in their new home for some months, now. During construction their were a number of additions and styling alterations made to the home from the original design. Most major of which was the extension of the two bedrooms. Whilst this reduced the terrace area, it doubled the size of the two bedrooms, which our client felt was a worthwhile tradeoff. We also added a large pergola off the main rear terrace, to give more outdoor living space.
